Khadijah recently joined Richard Nelson LLP, bringing a personal touch to immigration consulting for individuals and businesses alike. Khadijah is an experienced Immigration Solicitor dedicated to guiding individuals, families and businesses through the complexities of the UK immigration system. She has worked in immigration since 2017 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2019. Khadijah is accredited as a Supervisor Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s IAAS scheme, reflecting her high level of expertise and commitment to quality.

Her practice covers a broad range of immigration matters, including Spouse and Partner visas, Appendix FM and private life applications, long residence and Indefinite Leave to Remain, naturalisation, EU Settlement Scheme cases and visit visas. Khadijah also advises employers on Sponsor Licence applications, Skilled Worker visas and compliance obligations.

Khadijah has substantial experience representing clients in asylum, human rights and bail appeals before the First-tier Tribunal. A notable highlight of her career includes securing refugee status for a Syrian national whose nationality had been disputed by the Home Office—an appeal she successfully prepared after seven years of uncertainty for the client.
